FEBRUARY 2005 :
See Clea on Sky TV on the Musicians Channel 475 afternoons and evenings. Clea spent the day in the Sky studios recording four songs, Why, Rare Bird, One Design and Fragile.

JAG Music Song writing competition
This was held at Jumpin' Jaks in Maidstone Kent.  The entries had been narrowed down to the final 10 songs from an initial 300.  Clea performed two of her songs and came in first and fourth with "Tropical Rain" and "Open Hands" respectively.  A fantastic achievement which has resulted in Gut Records' Stacy Scurfield (one of the judges) showing an interest in Clea and talking to us about her development and future.

The Glass Eye Festival, Hastings
This event for singer songwriters was held at the Smugglers in Hastings over the weekend.  Clea was the final act on Saturday evening.  There was a terrific crowd and a great atmosphere - Clea was in her element and performed brilliantly and the gig was a great success.  Many thanks to Peter and Ewan.

Clea talked to Pat Marsh about winning the recent Jag music Songwriting Competition, her career to date and what lies ahead.  Pat also played a couple of tracks from Clea's recent five song CD.
All the songs were written by Clea with the exception of one which she co-wrote. (You can listen to three of her songs by clicking on songs at the foot of this page.)
